The company is owned and operated by Joshua Drake, a former New Hampshire state-licensed home inspector with years of experience evaluating residential properties. That background brings a trained eye for identifying safety concerns and recommending improvements that are appropriate for each home and individual.

We specialize in fall-prevention and home safety modifications, including grab bar installation, stair and hallway handrails, non-slip solutions, home safety assessments, ramps, stair lifts, and small accessibility upgrades. Our Story
Safe Home Solutions, LLC grew from a combination of life experience, craftsmanship, and a desire to help others. After experiencing the loss of an elderly family member due to a fall at home, the importance of proactive home safety became even more clear.

For many years, our founder has been committed to providing high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction through building new homes, renovating older homes, and overcoming complex challenges along the way. That experience, combined with a background as a home inspector, provided a strong foundation for identifying risks and delivering reliable solutions.

Over time, the focus shifted toward helping those who need it most, including seniors and individuals with physical challenges. Safe Home Solutions, LLC was created to make these services more accessible, using the skills gained as a builder and inspector to improve safety, comfort, and independence at home.
